Our Yoga guru Ana started her journey in Italy when she was 20 years old. Practicing Hatha Yoga 5 times a week and loving it! After changing cities and going to college and then into full time work she lost her practice –

“let’s just say life got in the way!”


Ana then rediscovered her practice and got hooked again with Vinyasa and soon discovered a passion for Yin and Nidra.


She since completed her 200 hour YTT qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in India. As well as training in Pilates and Meditation (using mantras & dance techniques).  


Ana enjoyed last summer teaching yoga and dance meditation at various Irish festivals.
