BODYCYCLE in aid of ALEX'S ROOM

On the 14th of March, our BODYCYCLE Instructor Sian will be performing the infamous dance from 'Dirty Dancing' in aid of Alex's Room. 'Alex's Stars' is a mix of Dancing with the Stars and Lip Sync battle so there should be ample opportunity for entertainment on the night.

Alex's Room is a charity set up by friends and family of Alex Lynam who sadly passed away last year through a rare eye cancer (NUT Midline Carcinoma). They're trying to fundraise money to refurbish St Claire's Oncology ward in Beaumont so that other families in a similar situation have better conditions to spend time with their loved ones.

This 60-Ride will be a minimum of €25 cash donation on the morning of the ride and we hope you join us, as we all ride for Alex's Room.  

Notes

- Please reserve your bike online. 

- Please arrive 10minutes before your class. 

- Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym) 

- Please leave your belongings in our changing rooms, before entering our studios and gym.
