Our Halloween Themed Ride will be achieved by pure sweat and determination. Taking your 45min BC level to a whole new intensity by riding for 60mins.
Join Erica for all the halloween hits, which will leave you physically fitter and mentally stronger.

- Please arrive 10minutes before your class.
- Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym)
- Please keep your belongings minimal and store in lockers before entering our studios and gym.
