Notes 

- Please bring your own Yoga Mat (we sell lululemon Yoga mats in The Gym, if you need one). 

- Please arrive 10minutes before your class. 

- Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym) 

- Please leave your belongings in our changing rooms, before entering our studios and gym.
