ABOUT:

Our Tai Chi classes are led by our Martial Arts Guru Dell, who is not only a Martial Arts Champion, but has been teaching both home and abroad for over 13 years. 

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. With the beginners class we will be slowing the movements down and focusing on learning the basics.

Suitable: For all fitness levels.

You Need : Water and comfy gym clothes
