About the Event
Join Sarah for a fun filled mother's day BODYCYCLE, which will be achieved by pure sweat and determination. Taking your 45min BC level to a whole new intensity by riding for 60mins.
Banging out a mixture of good tunes and motivating tracks to keep you challenged and working hard. Come with a friend/loved one/mum or perhaps by yourself. We ride together.
Leaving you physically fitter and mentally stronger.

8.45am - Arrival; for a 9.00am sharp start
10:00AM - Mission completed - You're a legend!

- Please reserve your bike online.
- Please arrive 10minutes before your class.
- Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym)
- Please keep your belongings minimal and store in lockers before entering our studios and gym.
