This 2-hour workshop is divided into three vital phases:
Phase 1: Compound Heavy Lifting
Deadlift Squat Glute bridge
Phase 2: Lower Body & Plyometric Training
Phase 3: Foam Rolling & Stretching
WHAT TO BRING:
- Wear your favourite gym gear which will start you off feeling deadly
- Bring your foam roller, water & sweat towel

- Please bring your own foam roller (we sell lululemon rollers in The Gym, if you need one).
- Please arrive 10minutes before your class.
- Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym)
- Please leave your belongings in our changing rooms, before entering our studios and gym.
