About the Event
🌼 This 75minute workshop includes:
- 5 min breath-work and meditation - 70 min power practice with a lot of twists (which help the body detox, improve circulation, boost the immune system, etc) - 15 minutes Shavasana.
🌼You will need;
- Your own Yoga mat
- Sweat towel & bottle of water
- Comfortable gym gear (leggings/shorts and a top) & bring a scarf or small blanket.
