5 Week Course

This is a 5 week course, ideal for anyone who is interested in learning self defence moves. You will be working with others to learn different moves for different situations. Each week you will be adding to you knowledge and adding to your skills.

Week 1: Introduction to self defence- the basics

Week 2: How to protect yourself if your attacker comes up from behind

Week 3: How to avoid injury when falling (soft-fall tips)

Week 4: Techniques from the ground

Week 5: Putting all the moves together

  • Suitable for all - Beginners and all levels of fitness welcome.
  • €95.00 for course (student rate €75.00 upon proof of full time education).
