This workshop will focus on making room for energy to flow more easily in the body.
By thinking of yourself as a complex, interconnected system, you can make room for self-care using techniques such as breathing and stretching to help release tension before it reaches critical levels. Through this 60 minute practice of Yin Yoga you will become more aware of your own patterns of holding tension in the body which are often involuntary and unconscious.
Healing Acupuncture will be gently applied during Savasana to bring support and nourish your Qi or Life Force. This 2-hour workshop is the perfect way to end up your week; you'll rewind and enjoy good night's sleep after.

Notes - Please bring your own Yoga Mat (we sell lululemon Yoga mats in The Gym, if you need one). - Please book into this class online. - Please arrive 10minutes before your class. - Please bring a sweat towel and bottle of water (water can be bought in The Gym) - Please leave your belongings in our changing rooms, before entering our studios and gym.
