YOUR RESULTS - THE BREAKDOWN

Once you receive your results you may have some questions on the information provided.

Please don't compare  your results to others.

For instance 23% body fat on one person can look completely different on another.

Your results are relevant to you., and your composition.

Likewise men and women bodyfat percentages will be completely different.

Please review the details below and feel free to chat to your trainer about this:

MUSCLE MASS PERCENTAGE (MMP)

Muscle Rate represents the proportion of muscle mass in your body's composition. By factoring your muscle mass, weight and height. FitTrack gauges your overall strength and physical health.

TOTAL BODY WATER (TBW)

Total Body Water is expressed as a percentage of your body's composition and is a vital indicator of your overall health. Adjust your water intake to ensure you're within the standard range. Optimum hydration can boost your body's ability to burn fat, increasing your metabolic rate.

BONE MASS

The mineral content mostly (calcium &  phosphate) and bone matrix (collagen, fibre, ground substance, and inorganic salts) expressed within a certain volume of your bone. Your bone mass changes constantly throughout your life.

 BASAL METABOLIC RATE (BMR)

Your BMR is the rate your body uses energy (calories) when you're at rest/inactive. This is a critical metric to consider when planning your meals. Though you should also consider how physically active you are.

PROTEIN RATE

Protein is a vital nutrient your body uses to build and maintain muscle, organs, and tissue. Consuming adequate amounts of protein, carbs & fats are recommended for optimal health.

METABOLIC AGE

Do you act your age? Metabolic age compares your personal BMR against the average BMR for individuals of a certain age. This figure serves as a useful benchmark to determine your body's overall efficiency.

VISCERAL FAT INDEX

The fat that's stored in your abdominal cavity surrounds many of your vital organs and can have important impacts on your health. A very high level of visceral fat indicates a likelihood of health related factors occurring.

FAT MASS

Using your BFP, FitTrack shows you the overall weight of adipose tissue in your body.

MUSCLE MASS

Calculates your total muscle weight including skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle. All of which are important for optimal health and strength.

PROTEIN MASS

By understanding the total amount of protein in your body, indicated by weight you can develop a greater understanding of your overall health. Protein is a vital nutrient and plays an important role within your cells.
