Meet our new Yogi Aoife!

Bio: My journey to yoga started in London when working in a demanding job in the fashion industry. I started yoga as stress relief and fell completely in love with the practice.

When I moved home three years ago I trained for my 200 hour TT in the Elbowroom with Susan Church specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

The foundation course was spread throughout a full year, which gave me the opportunity to fine tune my teaching skills.

Soon afterwards I went on to complete my 300 hour TT with international yoga teachers from Bryce Yoga.

My love for yoga constantly grows and I have completed many modules in yoga assisting and sequencing.

My true passion is Vinyasa yoga. I love creating dynamic and fun classes so that every week is different.
