Nut Bread

If you're looking for a healthy snack and you're a no carb person - this recipe is a no-brainer for you!

It's perfect for energy when you're on the go, it'll stop you being tempted by all that sourdough and it's full of healthy fats and protein for after your workouts!

Ingredients

300g peacan nuts 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 4 free rang eggs 1 large ripe banana 2 tbsp light olive oil 1 tbsp agave syrup Handful of raisin (optional if you want a raisin and nut bread)

Method

- Place pecan nuts in a blender and process to a fine meal - Place in a bowl with all other dry ingredients - Place eggs , banana, oil and agave in a bowl and mix well - Pour into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly - Spoon into a lined loaf tin - Bake at 180C for 40-45 mins - Allow to cool for 5 mins
