Protein Pancakes

Are you a fan of Protein Pancakes? Have you ever tried making your own?

If not, why not give mine a go!

Ingredients:

1 Banana

2 Eggs

Scoop Protein

Pinch Cinnamon

Pinch Baking Powder

Almond milk (depending on consistency)

Method:

Put pan on to heat.

Place all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth.

Pour to size you want, cook, flip, repeat.

My favourite toppings:

Mixed berries

Nut butter

Greek yogurt

Honey

Almond butter

These protein pancakes are delicious and nutritious, they even have a high source of protein (Yipee!). They're great for a meal, and they are briliant to even kill that chocolate craving!!

Believe me they are as nice as they look!
