Join us this May for a feel-good challenge that will help you move, breathe, and reconnect — both with yourself and our amazing yoga community.🧘


Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the mat, this challenge is the perfect way to build consistency, explore your practice, and treat yourself for showing up! Whether you prefer the gentle pace of Slow Flow or the energising rhythm of Vinyasa, our "Flow into May" challenge is open to all levels — even if it’s your first-ever yoga class. 


 

How It Works: 

☑️ Attend 8 Yoga Classes during the month of May
 (Slow Flow, Vinyasa, or both – mix it up!)

🎁 Complete your 8 classes and you’ll receive a specially curated wellness goody bag as a reward! 

 

👯 Optional: Bring a Yoga Buddy
 Invite a friend (for free) who hasn’t done yoga with us in the last 2 months and get a bonus gift in your goody bag! Just email us the name of your friend and we'll add them to the class!
 Note: Your buddy must not be already participating in the challenge.😄😄
