  • Personal Training Policy

    Personal Training Policy 

    You can book into your PT up to three months in advance and cancel through your trainer, phone service of 018167080 or text service 083-8017188.

    Please arrive 5minutes before your PT session starts and begin to warm up or stretch. 

    These class credits and Personal Training sessions will expire six weeks from your first session. All sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to someone else.
