Welcome to your Summer Fitness Challenge!

 

From June 1 to August 31, we want you to join us in committing to a healthier, stronger you. 

 

I feel our goal is simple: attend at least ONE class per week .


Look, I understand that summer is a busy time, with holidays, family activities, and social events filling up your calendar. HOWEVER, maintaining your consistent fitness routine during this season offers numerous benefits that I'm going to remind you of right now...

 

  • Boost Your Energy: Regular exercise increases your energy levels, helping you stay active and engaged during all your summer activities. Whether you're hiking, swimming, or just enjoying the sunshine [that's gonna be in Ireland..... please Mr. Sun], staying fit will give you the stamina to make the most of every day.
     

  • Improve Your Mood: Summer is the perfect time to soak up the sun and lift your spirits. Exercise releases endorphins, the body's natural mood lifters, which can help you feel happier and more relaxed, reducing stress and anxiety.
     

  • Stay on Track with Your Goals: It’s easy to let fitness goals slip during a busy season, but our challenge is designed to keep you accountable. By attending three classes a week, you'll maintain your progress and avoid the setback of starting over in the fall.
     

  • Social Connections: Your mates here will miss you. PLUS - I'LLLLLLLL miss you!

     

  • Enjoy the Benefits of Routine: Amidst the summer chaos, establishing a fitness routine provides structure and consistency. It’s a dedicated time just for YOU - prioritize it.
     

We create these challenges so you're always competing against yourself and keeping fitness fun and engaging. Let’s make this summer your fittest one yet—join us and embrace the challenge!

 

⭐️ June 1 - August 31

⭐️ 1 Class per week [any class]

⭐️ Complete this challenge and I'm going to give you a little goody bag, which will have one of our fab Thermal Heat Protectors & week-day Blow-Dry 💛

 

 

COST

⭐️ Registration fee is €35 [we do this so you are commited to your challenge] & the challenge is covered via class credits or your current memebership. 

 

⭐️ If you don't have a current membership: here are the two best pricing optoins for you: 

 

- 20 Class Credit Bundle : €300 - this will give you access 20 classes and you don't need to pay the €35 registration fee

 

- Annual Membership: €1600 - this will give you access to all of our classes for the year and you don't need to pay the €35 registration fee
