So, here's the plan... it's 6 days with 100mins of exercise each day. You'll be training with Aoife M, Sarah, Eugene and myself for the week. We'll be doing BODYCYCLE, Power Yoga, Power Pilates & Weights 🪖
This is a HIGH INTENSITY CAMP - do not sign up unless you're ready to take your fitness level up 10 notches and push yourself to the absolute max!!! Although it is gonna be whopperly [is that a word...?] hard - beginners are MORE than welcome and actually, I encourage anyone who wants to UP THEIR GAME to sign up! Even if you've JUST started with us, you will be fine [I'm doing this a longggggg time, I can facilitate ALL fitness levels!]
We'll be doing full body sessions every single day alongside a food plan - which you are following...!
Monday October 23 : 7.15pm-9pm
Tuesday October 24: 7.15pm-9pm
Wednesday October 25 : 7.15pm-9pm
Thursday October 26 : 7.15pm-9pm
Friday October 27 : 7.15pm-9pm
Saturday October 28 : 9am-10.30am
