Tri-Lactic is designed to optimise all three corners of your physical fitness. Tri-Lactic focuses on, as the name suggests, your lactic energy system. You’ll work in a team of three, through three stations - one strength, one self powered cardio and one agility.
FitCamp is our longest running class. This is our weight-based, circuit training style class. Our FitCamp classes concentrates on increasing your fitness while burning body fat. This class is ideal for anyone who wants that lean look without bulking up.
Strength-Camp is our heavy lifting class, focusing on gaining strength while keeping perfect form. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you are a beginner and looking to increase strength rapidly, complete 3 batches of Personal Training bundles before you attend our Strength-Camp.
BootCamp is our light weights based, high cardio, circuit style class. This class focuses on resistance training and is a serious high intensity workout.
Abs Express is pretty self-explanatory… This is our 30-minute blast of abs, abs and more abs. This is a mat based class and expect your belly to be on fire afterwards!
This is our over 55′s fitness class for ladies who want to build bone density, stay mobile and keep or build a high fitness level. There's a bit of fun thrown in on top too.

The secret to perfect squats, deadlift and shoulder presses? Crack the fundamentals and that's all you need to know. There's little variation. Lots of reps, maybe a bit of maths involved too. HOT POWER YOGA
This is our most intense Hot Yoga Class on the schedule. Power Yoga is designed to stretch muscles that are tight and strengthen those that are weak, to leave you feeling realigned and reset in your body, and more free to flow in your life. This class is flow-based.
Ashtanga is the most athletic and physically demanding form of yoga there is. You will be taken through a set series of postures that are linked dynamically to your breathing, generating heat and burning energy. We're taking Ashtanga to another level by incorporating our infrared heaters - this will be a sweaty one!
HOT YOGA FLOW
In this class concentrates Vinyasa sequences. The emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Hatha Yoga class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health.
HOT POWER PILATES
Hot Power Pilates is taking our mat-based Pilates class to another level - a 36degree level! This class is hot, which encourages more flexibility and strength. Pilates is a core focused class - our core is our powerhouse - if the core is strong, every other body part performs better.
Hot Pilates is an intense step above our Pilates class and a step below our Hot Power Pilates. This class is held in our infarred Hot Studio - prepare for a lot of core work and a serious sweat!
