Pilates is a mat-based class which is suitable for anyone who is injured or rehabbing an injury. Pilates is recommended by Physiotherapists to increase your mobility, strength and flexibility.
Our Pilates for Flexibility is a slightly slower paced Pilates compared to our Core Pilates class. This class is ideal for anyone who suffers from overall tightness or immobility. This class will help maintain physical integrity and alignment as one stretches a muscle, or increases the range of motion in a joint. This class will promote both strength and flexibility.
