Our very own rhythm cycle class which is a totally choreographed workout with climbs, sprints, jogs and high intensity intervals all while focusing on yourself... to let go of any stresses that you entered the studio holding on to. Our weights and choreography ensure that you'll work your whole body in the 45-minute class.
Beginners BC is exactly what the class is. We'll be moving at a slightly slower pace so you'll learn how to cycle in sync with each other. Our inspirational instructors will motivate and push you beyond your limits.
We're serious about out music; in every class the playlists are handcrafted by our BC Instructors. Our themed and challenge rides just just focus on some niches, genre's and whatever is happening in The Gym. Make sure you check our workshops and events for our next themed ride.
