How It Works:
Each month, we introduce a fresh challenge, and members must register to commit to taking part and giving it their best. Once you're in, it's time to show up, work hard, and embrace the journey!

Gym Challenge Notification & Prizes
Participants will be notified by email regarding the outcome of the challenge—whether they have successfully completed it or not—by the middle of the following month (i.e June participants will be notified by mid July etc). Prize details (if applicable) will also be included in this communication.
