ABOUT:
Our Camps are led by our Martial Arts Guru Dell, who is not only a Martial Arts Champion, but has been teaching kids, teens & adults both home and abroad for over 13 years.Â
Kids will enjoy 3 hours of fun activities each day including:Â
- Group Fitness Games
- Movie & Break TimeÂ
- Mixed Martial Arts Combo (including elements of KungFu, Jiu-jitsu, Karate and more!)Â
Our camps are designed to not only keep your children active and fit, but to have fun, increase their confidence, and learn new skills along the way. All in a friendly, small group setting at The Gym Howth.
If you'd like to attend a class on in The Gym at the same time (i.e. our 9.30am classes that week). Purchase our Kids & Adult Class Tickets for a discounted class rate!Â
