6 Week Course with Ryan 

Our Strength & Conditioning Expert Ryan will take your teens through all the main movements. 

Focusing on basic strength training, conditioning, jumping mechanics, technique, form, plus much more.

  • Evening course 60 min sessions
  • Suitable for 13 – 16 year olds. 
  • Beginners and all levels of fitness welcome.
