Want to check in with yourself and see where you are at with your health and fitness goals? 

Fitness testing is a great way to monitor and assess your fitness and ability as it relates to aerobic fitness, strength, and flexibility. It can also help you understand how healthy you are and give you the opportunity to set  some goals and improve your fitness for the future. ðŸƒðŸ’¥


We will be running regular fitness tests throughout 2024 on the following dates:


  • 13th July 10.30am 
  • 12th October 10.30am

Tests will be complimentary for Challenge Participants.
