We absolutely love seeing teenagers take up training, as it's so important to create a good strong foundation early which will transition them nicely into adulthood.
Our goal is to teach proper form when excercising. That's why we offer two types of training depening on requirements:
Personal Training: These 30 minute sessions introduce weight training in a safe environment, to increase fitness, improve posture, boost confidence, as have some fun!
Kickboxing /MMA 1-2-1: These 45 minute sessions include elements of martial arts incorporating kicking and boxing using gloves, bag and pads.
- Book your teen through our app or we can pre-book a re-occuring session time
- Suitable for age 13+
- Beginners and all levels of fitness welcome.
- Please fill out this order with your details & write your teens' name in the notes section at checkout.
- Please fill out our childrens consent form if you haven't already done so.
- Pay as you or purchase a bundle

💪🏻 Please note our class cancellation policy:
→ If you are unable to attend your booked class or Personal Training session please cancel your reservation 12 hours before the class/PT session commences.
→ Cancellations or "no shows" will be deducted a PT session.
→ If there is an emergency, (or you have COVID-19 symptoms), please email us back and your class credit will not be deducted.
