As a family-run fitness business in Howth, we believe the best time to introduce fitness is when it still feels like play.
This class for ages 3- 6 years old, is a fun intro to fitness for Junior & Senior Infants — helping kids build confidence, coordination and a love of moving their bodies in a positive, encouraging environment.
What we’ll do each week:
- Movement games + mini team challenges
- Obstacle courses + basic skills (jumping, hopping, throwing, catching)
- Fitness foundations (balance, posture, core strength)
- Confidence + social skills (taking turns, trying new things, celebrating effort)
