REFORM-SIGNATURE: Our strongest, sweatiest reformer class. Strength-biased blocks, heavier springs, athletic pace and a proper burn. Best for regular reformer clients who want a challenge.

REFORM-CLASSIC:True Pilates principles and more coaching. Expect control, technique, tempo and a deep burn - suitable for anyone who wants to move better and get stronger with perfect form.
